What's the story?
Handbagged by Moira Buffini explores the relationship between Queen Elizabeth II and Margaret Thatcher, the UK Prime Minister from 1979 to 1990.
It originated as a one-act play in 2010, as part of the Tricycle Theatre's Women, Power and Politics festival.
Buffini expanded the play in 2013 where it opened at the Tricycle in London, directed by Indhu Rubasingham, the artistic director at the Tricycle. In April 2014 the play transferred to the Vaudeville Theatre in the West End, where it ran until August 2014.
The cast of this 2015 touring version were Susie Blake, Kate Fahy, Emma Handy, Asif Khan, Sanchia McCormack and Richard Teverson.
