What's the story?
This production of George Orwell's Animal Farm was an adaptation of the story by NT Director, Peter Hall. Appearing in this play were Barrie Rutter, Gordon Kaye, Karl Johnson and Graham Johnson. This was the first production to have played in all three of the National Theatre's three auditoriums at the time.
