Like modern day programmes, this provided cast information and local adverts, but also included the full script for the show.
The 1913 Jack Horner Book of Words owned by the Theatre Royal is in an extremely delicate state and so only selected pages have been digitised for the archive so far.
This Book of Words contains a total of 85 pages and amongst the cast list is Forde Roberts – Animal Impersonator.
