What's the story?

This production of Cinderella starred Lonnie Donegan (1931 – 2002) as Buttons.
Donegan was an influential musician who brought skiffle to the mainstream and influenced many prominent musicians, such as John Lennon and Paul McCartney.
Having had hits such as Rock Island Line, Cumberland Gap and Does Your Chewing Gum Lose Its Flavour (On the Bedpost Overnight?), as well as a number one song in 1960 with My Old Man's a Dustman, Donegan was a major pop star for the Theatre Royal to have in Panto.
Donegan died of a heart attack during a tour of the UK in 2002. His final live appearance on 30 October was in Nottingham on the stage of the Royal Concert Hall.
