What's the story?
Claire Sweeney returned to the Theatre Royal following her Panto success the previous year in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
Joining her in the cast were Christopher Biggins as Widow Twankey (who also directed), Mark Moraghan as Abanazer and Basil Brush as the Chief of Police.
Biggins' next Panto at the Theatre Royal was in 2015 where he once again played Widow Twankey in Aladdin.
This was a very special show as it was the venue's 150th anniversary year and so was celebrating presenting Pantos on its stage since The House That Jack Built in 1865.
