What's the story?
Although they have since acted and performed in many different projects, both Claire Sweeney and John McArdle's most famous roles were in Brookside, Channel 4's soap-opera, which ran from 1982 to 2003.
This was the first of two consecutive Theatre Royal Pantomimes for Claire Sweeney.
Having played the evil step-mother in Snow White, the following year in 2005 she became Principal Boy, playing the title role in Aladdin.
